Shock as eight people found to support Repeal of the Hunting Act

If there’s one thing the Countryside Alliance are good at – and let’s face it, there must be something they’re good at – it’s getting their members to hijack online polls to “prove” there’s a case for repeal of the Hunting Act.

It’s bizarre, then to find an online petition they started almost two months ago with only eight signatures. They’ve been very quiet on twitter lately, too.

Is something going wrong down Kennington? Are they realising that their campaign for repeal is completely and utterly doomed?

Calm down, maltontoby. You have to use arguments, not crude insults!

If anything, the Hunting Act should be strengthened so that we can be sure that chasing and killing wild animals for fun is clearly and for ever unlawful and regarded by all with well-deserved revulsion. If they know what’s good for them politically, Cameron, Hague, Herbert & Co. should, at the very least, promise to let sleeping dogs lie, literally.

I’m sorry for my rude outburst I was looking through some of your otherpages out of general intrest and i found that my post had been deleted when i proposed to you scientific facts anda i am afraid i get (i presume just like you!) get quite annoyed at injustice especially when unequivocal facts are presented, and ignored!
I nam suprised that the admins of this site are prepared to leave such a rude comment which could have come from any nonce on their site and yet delete a balanced scientific argument
