Fox Tour Day 2 – Richmond, North Yorkshire

Yesterday our Fox Tour headed to North Yorkshire and to Richmond, the largest constituency in England.

The Green Party candidate was keen to meet us, as was the Labour candidate although other events prevented the latter from happening. The Liberal Democrat candidate – who we reached through his home number in Belgium – didn’t return our calls later in the evening, and when we couldn’t find William Hague, the Conservative Candidate, Freddy the Fox got a bit upset.

Still, we had fun, as you can see from the film. We were delighted that our Local Support Group from Durham was able to join us for part of the day, and as we headed out of the constituency, we found ducks crossing the road, steered by a lady who was clearly as keen as the majority of the public that our wildlife aren’t subjected to pain and suffering.

Today we’re still in the north of England … our location will be revealed here at midday.
